How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive in 2–4 working days. Deliveries to Nigeria take 5–10 working days depending on the courier. You'll get tracking as soon as your order ships.
Can I pay in naira?
Prices are charged in British Pounds, with an indicative naira amount shown throughout the site. Most Nigerian cards work at checkout; local payment methods (bank transfer, USSD) are coming soon.
How does the booking deposit work?
A small deposit secures your appointment slot and comes off your final price on the day. Without it, we can't hold the time for you.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes — reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the deposit. See the booking policy for details.
Do you include the hair for braiding appointments?
For most styles, yes — hair is included in the listed price. Check the style description when booking, and use the notes field for colour or length preferences.
How do I care for my extensions?
Use sulphate-free shampoo, deep-condition every couple of weeks, air-dry where possible, and wrap your hair at night. Cared for well, our hair lasts through multiple installs.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened hair in its original packaging can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on opened or worn hair. Booking deposits follow the cancellation policy instead.
