Shipping

Orders are dispatched from our UK studio within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery: United Kingdom 2–4 working days (tracked); Nigeria 5–10 working days (tracked international courier). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Once your order ships you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct — couriers in Nigeria will call the number provided.

Customs & Duties (Nigeria)

International orders may be subject to customs charges levied by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Returns

Unopened hair in its original, sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. For hygiene reasons, opened, unsealed or worn hair cannot be returned or exchanged.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the returned item.
