Deposits

All appointments require a deposit to secure the slot. The deposit is deducted from your final price on the day. Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed.

Rescheduling

Life happens — you can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment, and your deposit moves with you to the new date.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.

Lateness & No-Shows

Please arrive on time — appointments are booked back to back. Arriving more than 30 minutes late may mean your appointment is treated as a no-show and the deposit is forfeited. No-shows forfeit the deposit in full.

Hair Preparation

Unless agreed otherwise, please arrive with your hair washed, detangled, and free of product. If extra prep work is needed on the day, it may add to the final price.
